IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE

Our website was recently the target for a hacker who defaced our site, and made it unavailable for some time. We think the hacker gaind access to our files via a security vulnerability in the DMG  FTP area. For this reason we have deleted some client accounts which are not currently being used, and disabled Anonymous FTP access. If this affects you, and you need to access files on our FTP site, pleas contact us and we will set up a secure FTP area for you.  Thanks.

What is FTP?

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files and data over a computer network. It is a popular way of sharing and distrubuting files via the internet, particularly when the number or size of the files mikes sending by email impractical. To use FTP effectively, you will need to install an FTP client software program on your computer. See FTP Clients bellow for more information about FTP software, and where to find it. Public FTP

We maintain a public FTP area on our server for public use. Here you will find movie and image files, and other documents that we make freely available to visitors from time to time. for example look here for downloadable show-reel movies in Quicktime and Windows Media formats, as well as other samples of our work.

Secure Client FTP

To make sharing files, resources and other digital assets with our clients easy, we can set up a secure, password protected area on our server where agencies, clients and other interested parties can upload and download data. If you want to use Client FTP  just ask, and we’ll set it up for you.

What software do I need?

There are dozens of FTP client programs available for immediate download in the net. They all do basically the same thing, with varying degrees of sophistication and elegance. If you use a Windows PC, we recommend SmartFTP (US$50) a well designed simple, but powerful package and our weapon of choice, or the similarly featured open source (and therefore free) FileZilla. If you are of the Mac persuasion then you should try Transmit (US$30), or Fetch (US$25), both excellent, and inevitably simpler and easier on the eye than their PC counterparts.
